I changed my strategy up a little bit.
Typically, I will sort these by likes + impressions, but for this review I decided to go with total engagement which is likes and comments.
These got a little less reach, but I feel this hones in on the types of posts that a community could be built around.
Here’s what I learned:
The big vision posts are popular! This one showed a mock up of my future app in the app store under “Incredible apps.” I’m going to keep doing these. It really helps keep me motivated and people like to see it.
Paid ads work, haha. I ran a 1 day, $50/day X ad for my newsletter quiz which pulls in emails. It was successful! Will try to keep running these.
The quick, lunch-break guitar video worked! Was super sloppy, but fun. I think I’ll shoot for 1 of these a week going forward.
Lists always work. Classic. Will keep these in rotation.
Not exactly sure why this email subject line one was at the top, but I’ll take it! I think my sense of humor helped. Will try to lean into this more with my posts.
And that’s it!
Do you like these reviews? Let me know.
Cheers,
