My best performing content + breakdown
Part cinq
If you are new around here (welcome!) I do a weekly review of all my content on đť•Ź.
Without further ado, here are the top 5 posts from the past week based on total engagement (likes + comments + impressions):

Consistency hinges on being adaptable.
Don't have much time? Write 100 words instead of 300.
Don't have much energy? Take 20-30 lbs off the bar.
Don’t have a witty comment? Use “🔥”
Your situation will change; just show up.
Adaptability is optimal.

Struggling with generating new content?
Use this:
Go to YouTube, open a popular channel, find their top 10 videos, and steal their format.
Bonus points if the channel is outside of your niche.
Works every time.

The optimal habit stack:
- Write every day
- Read old books
- Lift weights 5x/week
- Train cardio 3x/week
- Do 1x 36 hour fast every week
- Spend as much time as possible with the people you loveAnd in between, play the banjo

Stop talking bad about people behind their back.
This is a low energy activity.
Emanate high energy, positivity, and love.
This is optimal.

As I did last week, these are sorted by total engagement which is likes and comments.
These got a little less reach than the ones with just impressions, but I feel this hones in on the types of posts that a community could be built around.
So why did they work?
This one is a no brainer. This pic really captures my rugged good looks and boyish charm. And banjo. Next post.
Talking about adaptability within consistency hits on a common struggle: balancing persistence with flexibility. Offering practical, relatable, and applicable advice across various aspects of life, from lifting weights to posting content is relatable. It’s also motivational.
Clear actionable advice that solves a common problem usually works pretty well. I think this one hit better because of the visual element and tactical example. This kind of tweet also is easy to save for future reference.
Listicles always work. Especially lists about self-improvement, that are simple and actionable. This aligns with a large audience looking to improve their daily lives.
Calls for positivity and respect stands out. A lot of content online is negative. This aligns with the Optimal brand positive content and supporting mental resilience.
And that’s it!
